One Year

Sorry this post is a little late, but I wanted to do a recap of our one year anniversary trip. We spent the weekend at the Horseshoe Bay Resort. We arrived Friday night, and when we went to check in they didn't have the room we reserved. :( They put us in a room with two double beds......umm no. We told them we wanted a different room, but they said they were full for the night. So they gave us free breakfast for the next morning and promised a better room for the next day.

We sure enjoyed that free breakfast!!

We spent the day Saturday here:

Just lounging around! We also rented a jet ski, but I didn't get any pictures of that.

Here is the yacht club pool that we spent all day Saturday at. It was so nice because you could see the lake in the background! We ordered some hamburgers for lunch, and got a couple of drinks. It was nice and relaxing.

In the end, we still didn't get the exact room we reserved, but it was still nice. We enjoyed the view of the lake.

On our way back on Sunday afternoon we stopped in Austin, and had lunch, at an old favorite, with my brother Ryan and sister-in-law Brittyne. It was so nice to see them!!

When we got back, we picked Kelty up from the ranch we borded him at and this is what he ended up doing the whole night.

He didn't get off this couch once. I guess he had a fun time too!!

This weekend we're going to Bryan's work picnic, and next weekend we're headed home for the 4th of July, and this little cutie's 2nd birthday!!
