Valentine's Cards from Tiny Prints

I'm on a blogging roll!! I hope you are keeping up. :)

Since it's my first year teaching, I thought it would be fun to have special valentines to pass out at our Valentine party! I've discovered the cutest personalized Valentine's Day cards from Tiny Prints, and as a Kindergarten teacher I can't wait to order some to give to my sweet students. But, I need your help! There are way too many cute designs to choose from, so I need some outside input.

I know the kids would LOVE a card with a picture of Kelty dog on it {because I talk about him all the time in class and they love it}. They would be tickled to get a valentine from Kelty. :) Here are the photo cards I like.

There are also tons without photos that I love.
This one just might be my fav...

But I've always had a soft spot for cupcakes!

Which one should I pick???

Thanks for your help!

I'll be sure and keep you updated on the card style I choose and what my kids think of them. :)

Quiet Spray

Hey friends! Today I've been busy making all kinds of things for my sweet students and for my classroom. Pinterest has TONS of great ideas. I seriously don't know how I could be a teacher without Pinterest. One of the super cute things I found was called Quiet Spray. You spray it in the room {not on the kids ;)} to keep the noise level down. My littles are so gullible imaginative that they believe anything! Can't wait to take it to school Monday and try it out. :)

I found the label here {The Lemonade Stand} then I just cut some polka dot paper for the backing, used a glue stick to glue it to the bottle, and then used packing tape on top.

I have also been busy organizing my room. Since I was hired only 3 DAYS before school started, I've always felt a little scatterbrained and unorganized. But with some help from my hubby, I've been able to organize all my closets, cabinets, and drawers in my room. It feels so much better, ahhhhhhhh. Here is my reading corner with my new READ banner I made.

We've been busy at school with report cards, semester awards, and middle of the year testing. And soon we will be celebrating groundhog day, the 100th day of school, and Valentine's Day. Lots of fun to come!

Merry Christmas Y'all!

We just got back a few days ago from a 2 week trip back to the panhandle for Christmas. It was filled with fun, family, and lots of food! Here are a few highlights from our travels:

We started the fun by celebrating Christmas Eve with my family. We had brunch, opened presents and enjoyed watching Elliot entertain us. :)

Us with Elliot (she was so much fun this year!)

Dad, Papa, Bryan. I adore these guys and LOVE this picture. :)

Aunt B and Uncle RyRy came up from Austin

Bryan got a Keurig brewer!

It was this pretty girl's first Christmas!

Charleigh playing with her new puppy.

Opening presents is so fun; I love her expression!

Sweet picture, of my aunt Pam with Elliot in one of her poses!

Testing out the new mirror, I think it will get plenty of use!

RyRy reading Elliot's new book, Angelina Ballerina.

The Jackson crew, such a sweet family!

The newest addition to the family, Macintosh.

Fenway, wasn't too happy about the new pup, so he snuggled on the couch with Mema.

Cousin dogs, Kelty and Mac!

After a full day of festivities, we headed to the Clements house, to open up Christmas Eve gifts. Pajamas of course!

Christmas morning ready for stockings.

My mom has always made cinnamon rolls on Christmas morning, so I decided to try it this year. I made PW's cinnamon rolls. I will for sure make them again, they were delicious!

The best part was the fact that we had a WHITE CHRISTMAS!! It snowed on Christmas morning, so fun!

Santa didn't forget Kelty. He brought him a toy that said, "it's hard to be good." Santa hit that one right on the nose. :)

Father-son bonding time in the hot tub on Christmas morn.

Merry Christmas!

The day after Christmas we drove up to Colorado to see the newlyweds {Nathan and Kendra}!
We enjoyed a few relaxing days up in the mountains. Kelty got to experience real snow, and he was a big fan!

Our Christmas was amazing, and now we're ready to tackle everything that 2012 has to offer us!

Happy New Year!!
