A Look Back at 2009

Sorry I've been absent from the blogging world for awhile. Bryan and I have been home for the last two weeks enjoying our families. It's been so refreshing to get to spend so much time with all of the people we love so much, but don't get to see as often as we'd like.

Anyway, I thought I would reflect on 2009 since it was such a big year for us. We went through many life changes this year, and all in a very short time.

May 2009

Bryan graduates from Texas A&M University, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Here is us with my mom and dad.

I graduated from The University of North Texas with a degree in Early Childhood Education. This is me and my roommate Ashley.

Our wedding day!!!!

Here is our wonderful wedding party! Our wedding turned out better than I could have ever imagined. It was very relaxing, and we loved having all of our favorite people in one place to celebrate with.

We also moved to south Texas and started new grown-up jobs! :) Married life has been such a blessing. We dated long distance for the entire 2 1/2 years and being married meant we get to see each other every day. We have loved every minute of it!!

This sweet girl turned 1 on July 2, 2009!

This is our niece Elliot Grace. We have LOVED spending time with her while we've been at home. She is at such a fun age, and we are so honored to be her Aunt Ash and Uncle Bryee. :) You can follow her family here.

July-December has been us getting settled in to our new life! We had our first Thanksgiving and Christmas as a married couple!
